As I understand it, Mecello, a woman who bares herself at a public beach does not have what is called "a reasonable expectation of privacy" and so cannot sue you. If her boyfriend catches you photographing her, though, well, good luck!!
I am curious as to why you blur out the faces. Are they not on a public beach where everyone there can see them? So why would you blur them on here? Very disappointing.
